We took the concept of farm to table and distilled it to farm to cup. We’re dead serious about our ingredients and processes and we’re committed to indigenous suppliers and products.

Featuring locally-roasted, small-batched coffee from French Truck Coffee, raw cane sugar and syrup from Three Brothers Farm, honey from Bernard’s Acadiana Apiary, and glass-bottled milks and creams from Mauthe’s Progress Milk Barn, Addiction takes great pride in sourcing the best local ingredients to serve the perfect cup.

French Truck Coffee: New Orleans’ own micro roaster, French Truck Coffee, roasts coffee as it is ordered, in small batches, to deliver the freshest coffee at its peak of flavor.

Three Brothers Farm: Youngsville, Louisiana’s Three Brothers Farm has operated as a sugarcane farm run by the Romero family since 1944. Three Brothers Farm takes great pride in the natural process of their Cajun certified raw sugar that is cleaned and packaged in their own farm kitchen. No refining. Their sugar is as raw as it gets.

Bernard’s Acadiana Apiary: Beaux Bridge, Louisiana’s Bernard’s Apiaries use wildflowers as their food source, which means that there are seasonal subtleties to their honey. The honey is amazingly smooth in clover season, has complexity to it in summer’s height, and has a peppery aftertaste in ragweed season.

Mauthe’s Progress Milk Barn: McComb, Mississippi’s Mauthe Farm was established in 1985, and it has harkened back to yesteryear by glass bottling their milk daily on their farm. With a passion for the land and love for cows, Mauthe farmers hail from four generations of dairy farmers. They pride themselves on delivering the freshest and most wholesome milks and creams available.
